· Full Tolls, Parking, Passenger Tax, and GST: When you book our services, we may collect payment details to cover full tolls, parking charges, passenger tax, and GST related to your journey.

· Special Permit: Any cost associated with obtaining a special permit for your travel will be paid by you, the party.

· State Taxes: For travel outside Maharashtra, you will be responsible for paying taxes as applicable in the respective states.

· Parking Time and Meter Readings: To ensure accuracy, we record the time and meter readings for parking both before and after the journey.

· Average Daily Distance: For most trips, we allow an average daily distance of 300 km. However, for the Mumbai-Mahabaleshwar route, the Mumbai package permits 350 km daily.

· Passenger List: To facilitate smooth travel, we require the names and travel destinations of all passengers at least four days before departure.

Operating Hours

Our bus service operates between 6:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, providing you with a convenient travel window.

Additional Charges

If your bus usage extends beyond 12:00 midnight, an extra charge of Rs. 400/- per hour will apply until 2:00 AM. After 2:00 AM, the entire 300 km rate will be charged for the next day.

Air Conditioning: When opting for air-conditioned buses, an additional charge of Rs. 500/- per hour will apply.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Advance Payment: To secure your booking, 50% of the total amount and a security deposit must be paid at least 2 days in advance before the trip.

Cancellation: In the event of sudden booking cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Rates and Taxes

Our rates are based on the prevailing diesel prices (Rs. 100.00 per liter) and may be subject to change due to current R.T.O. taxes.

Toll Collection

Bus tolls will be deducted using FASHTAG, but you will be responsible for paying the entire toll amount during the payment process.
